Terms of Service

By using Volley — whether through the public demo, by being a customer, or by interacting with a business that uses Volley — you agree to these terms.

What Volley is

Volley provides automated SMS-based lead qualification on behalf of local businesses. When a customer's call to a business goes unanswered, Volley texts back, asks qualifying questions, and sends a structured summary to the business owner.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Volley to send unsolicited messages, spam, harassment, or abuse.
• Don't submit phone numbers you don't own or aren't authorized to test with.
• Don't probe for vulnerabilities, attempt to overload the service, or violate Twilio's, Anthropic's, or Fly.io's terms.

The demo

The public demo is provided as-is, rate-limited, and is for evaluation only. We may pause or remove it at any time.

Pilot & subscription terms

If you're a founding pilot customer, your terms are described in your pilot agreement (30 days free, $39 CAD/mo grandfathered if you continue, cancel anytime). Standard pricing for non-founding customers is set on the main page once it's published. We'll give 30 days' notice before raising prices on existing customers.

No warranties

Volley is provided "as is". The AI may occasionally produce incorrect or unhelpful responses. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect uptime, or a specific conversion rate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Volley's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD if you haven't paid us anything.

Termination

You can stop using Volley anytime. We may terminate access for repeated abuse or non-payment. After termination, your data is deleted on request per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be flagged in advance to active customers.
